The Marsh Street Centre has been an important part of the Clarksburg/Thornbury community for more than 90 years.

The centre is currently operated as a community owned, non profit organization managed by a small group of dedicated volunteers.

The Marsh Street Community Centre is the cultural heart of the community.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Marsh Street Community Centre is dedicated to the enrichment of the community's cultural life by providing space suitable for a wide variety of gatherings for people of all ages and backgrounds.

The Marsh Street Centre strives to be a place that is:

  • transparent and diligent in all it's duties

  • inclusive of all - children, youth, families, seniors, individuals and groups

  • the heart of the cultural community
