We have recently been awarded grant money to develop a new fitness program at the MSC specifically for seniors in our community.
We are looking for amazing individuals who can meet the following criteria:
Energetic and engaging personality
One hour per week on Fridays from 10:15 until 11:15 from December 4, 2020 until May 28, 2021
Create and lead a fun 30 to 45-minute routine of gentle strength, balance and range of motion exercises.
Current CPR, First Aid and defibrillator training (this will be provided)
Fitness instructor certificate or related educational background/training
Preferred experience in working with older adults and persons with limitations to fitness.
Fitness Trainer liability insurance
Must comply with COVID-19 safety regulations
